She serves as the chair of the associate board member for Teach for America. She is an Ironman finisher and a 9-time marathoner with plans to run a marathon and climb a summit on every continent. Yin will be completing her 7th continent marathon in Antarctica in 2022.

Walter T. Mosley - Partner

Former State Assemblyman Walter T. Mosley is a true son of New York and New York politics. Born in Brooklyn, Walter earned his J.D from Howard University and took over Congressman Hakeem Jeffries NYS Assembly seat in Bedstuy, in 2012. Over his eight years in the NYS Assembly, Walter worked to pass landmark Progressive legislation, sitting on the MRTA task force since its inception. Ophelia is a true cannabis veteran, AAPI cannabis entrepreneur advocate, with deep experience that spans across the entire industry (Indoor/Outdoor Cultivation, Advocacy, Community Outreach, Marketing, Packaging and Retail Buildout and Operations).

A Harlem NYC native, Pacino got his start in cannabis 12 years ago as a cultivator, becoming the CEO of Haymaker Cannabis and ORDER66 a cannabis licensing company that partners with artists and social media influencers, providing access to develop a suite of their very own cannabis products. ORDER66 has a current estimated reach of 22.5+ million instagram followers and 623 million YouTube views via its current roster of influencers. Currently Pacino operates a 40,000 square foot indoor cultivation facility in Richmond CA.

Chip is an early pioneer of the cultivation industry. Chip has an innate horticultural knowledge that fostered his ideas about developing ancillary businesses to support the new booming industry. With 30 years in the industry Chip has become a leader in business development, composting, soil development and cultivation technology applications, and has advised people all over the world about cannabis. Chip is a multi-state operator with seven licenses in three states.
